"Futuristic" evening gown - Intercon 2007. I'm very proud of this one. The skirt, shoes, and gloves I had in my closet; the top is half of a bedsheet with a black scarf tied on as an accent; and the necklace and hair doo-dads are made from pipe-cleaners. Cost = free

Roman stola - Intercon 2007. This is somewhat fancier than the chiton I wore as Hera and Medusa; there are pearls sewn in the sleeve and in the diadem, the embroidery and belt are silver.
Star Treky uniform - Intercon 2007. I happened to have the boots and this too-small stretchy dress (very popular with the other con-goers), so I just added a black collar, some gold accents, and a Star Fleet emblem.
Firefly costume - DundraCon 2007. Pulled together from my closet, this is a feminized version of what Dr. Tam might have worn. Not on his best day, though.
Superhero - DundraCon 2007. Don't know if you can tell, but I've got a scrap-fabric cape pinned to my shoulders.
