Keygan Ghelve is the only locksmith in Cauldron. He is very skilled and produces high quality locks. His store also stocks locks by Festus of Sasserine. Festus's locks are of exceptional quality. Keygan finds locksmithing boring and has been self-training as a mage. He successfully summoned a familiar, a rat he calls Starbrow.
Keygan crafted locks are used by the Lantern Street Orphanage and Adrian Whitebeard.
About two and half months before the campaign began, Dark Ones broke into his shop from below. Keygan's shop was built by his father over a small abandoned Gnome enclave called Jzadirune. The Dark Ones kidnapped Starbrow and demanded that Keygan create a master key capable of opening any of his locks.
Keygan was wearing stilts when the party first met him. It's not currently know if Keygan frequently wears stilts to compensate for being short, of if we simply happened to stumble across an unusual practice session.
