Even if your character doesn't do much more than pay lip service, I bet you wrote down a deity for your character. Why does your character worship that god? Please include a short ceremonial act or prayer that you do in order to show your worship. How often does your character pay service to their deity?
Tarik isn't especially faithful. Peasants don't have the time to indulge in services. Many religions tend to ignore peasants because of their lack of ability to tithe. That Hollowsky lacks any temples is telling. An an apprentice mage Tarik didn't gain additional free time. So for most of his life, he hasn't really considered religion. He accepts it and may invoke the gods, especially to curse, but religion has been a non-issue for Tarik.
